This is a formal, business report.
It is a researched document, which must show evidence of researched material. (intext referencing)
The report should be properly referenced with cited references in the text as well as a reference list at the end of the report.
All reports must be submitted as a paper document to the lecturer as well as an electronic document through Turnitin on the Moodle platform.
TOPIC:
Select a topic of your choice. Although some of the knowledge can be your own facts must be validated by credible research sites. The topic must be approved by your lecturer by business email prior to starting.
Some suggestions are: Your favourite place, hometown, a famous city, a little known place, a holiday resort, a famous person (historical figure, actor or musician), a hobby or sport you are interested in, an interesting food, etc.
Try to choose a topic that you are interested in as this will make the process much more enjoyable for you.

Final Grade
Answer:
Shane Watson is a well known personality from Australia.
He was born on 17th June 1981 and was nicknamed as Watto.
He had made many records in the international cricket.
He retired from all forms of international cricket in the year 2016.
In his entire career he faced many injuries but with his zeal to play for the nation he was able to return back strongly.
Shane Watson debut his international cricket on 24th March 2002 v South Africa in an ODI match.
He received his first test cap on 2nd January 2005 v Pakistan. On the other hand his T20I debut was on 24th February 2003 v South Africa.
In his whole international career he played 59 Tests, 190 ODI, 58 T20I.
Watson’s struggle
Shane Watson faced many challenges during his international careers among them injuries were most common.
Due to injuries he missed matches in the crucial tournaments.
It led his bad average in the whole cricketing season.
He fought back and came strongly so as to improve his performance.
CONCLUSION
Shane Watson was an excellent player in the Australia and has made many records in the international cricket.
His all-round performance he was has able to lead his team to victory at various occasions.
He played his cricket as per the need of the team at any position and demand of the situation.
Young cricketers can learn from his career and his fight against ups and down.
