The following essay reflects on three major project management methods that are effective communication, performance of high team members and reflective practice (Greenaway et al., 2015). Effective communication at work is considered to be an important factor for understanding the behavior of employees. While team building is considered an important factor for collaboration between employees. It is mainly needed for completing the goals of the project and organization.
Discussion
Effective communication is needed for developing a communication plan which is needed for outlining the strategies of the organization. The culture of the organization is mainly reflected by the help of office communication (Reese et al., 2017). It mainly highlights the fact that an organization can easily focus on effective communication. For providing defining the methods of communication, a communication plan is considered to be an important factor. Well-designed communication plan helps in reinforcing the overall culture of the organization. Making use of proper channel is considered to be an important part of effective communication.
Teamwork is considered to be a proper kind of solution which is needed for tackling some issues and improving the overall productivity. In a workplace, high performance between the team can easily result in success which is obtained by combination of individual talent for having common goal (Reese et al., 2017). In the last few years, various organization around the globe have huge amount of importance on the use of team in workplace. A high-functioning team is considered to be more than carrying out simple task. It mainly requires proper kind of forethought and approach which is effective in nature.
Reflective practice is considered to be as one of the best ways which an individual can gather from various experience (Huntley et al., 2014). Reflective practice focus on making use of experience at the beginning point which is gathered from learning and development of large number of practices. Reflective practice comes up with three main components that are
Experiences which are gathered by an individual.
Reflective process which helps an individual in learning and gathering knowledge from experiences (Couper, 2017).
New kind of action which are taken from new perspective.
Reflection is considered to be part of practice and skill which has been developed. It can be stated as the method of adjusting life and developing life through professional identity (Greenaway et al., 2015). Reflection can be stated as a process which comes up with list of reason. There is mainly two kind of reflection that is reflection-in-action and reflection-on-action. Reflection in action is defined as a term which is needed for analyzing a situation and problem (Reese et al., 2017). It mainly requires certain number of thought and problem which are linked to solving in most of the cases.

From the above pages of the essay it can be easily stated among all the management methods, effective communication is considered to best one.
