How Often will this Take Place
The project communication plan must take place every day as it will help all the employees to get a track of the progress of each individual that is involved in this project (Vos, Otte, & Linders, 2003). The benefit of this daily communication meeting is to attain better results and to be proactive for the entire development plan. It further helps the team member to buck up his part if he is lacking behind.

The justification for the above choices can be easily explained with the help of the points that is given above. All the team members must be aware of the goals and objectives of the program. And finally every team member must share their progress everyday as they can be well informed about the overall progress of the project.

There are several events and activities that need to be encouraged for better communication. In fact there are several which are just listed below:

Organise a community meeting regularly to provide an open forum for delivering dialogue.
Provide a progress on the planned activities after every planned meeting
Must share findings after every evaluation and project survey.
