Australian health care system faces different interconnected and intricate hindrances in providing practical, creative and good quality consideration into the result. Focusing the consumers:
The renovation in healthcare is important to provide more cheaper, efficient and convenient treatment for consumers (Strömgren et al. 2015). For example, in service delivery process, a health plan can involve the consumers by providing high deductible insurance in lower costs. It provides the members with the control over their personal healthcare expenditure. 
Focussing on technology:
Introduction of new drugs and medicines, advanced drug delivery system and advanced diagnosis methods provides the ray of hope to less painful, less disruptive, less costly and better treatment (Chreim et al. 2013). The modification in the information technology, which is connected with the data of the healthcare systems have the capability o lower down the costs as well as to upgrade the service quality. Automatically, it will improve the healthcare system. 
Focussing on the business models:
The modified business models, which are associated with the health care systems, not only improve the care and increase the efficiency but also it saves the time of the patients and consumers. The business model can be made up in two ways (Cuddy et al. 2013):

One way will be continuing with the certain numbers of free players in a single sector.
Other way will be gathering the treatments of all diseases at the same floor.

The treatment will be more effective and convenient through these models. In this way, patients will be provided with one stop treatment (Govindarajan and Ramamurti, 2013). Dr.Susan Wong can modify her hospital through introducing these healthcare innovations. It will help the hospital to satisfy the patient-family relationship and to enhance the profits.
