Quality Management Plan
The primary objective of the quality planning is to ensure the project is undergoing successfully. Skillage IT can test whether the project will fetch them real benefits or not. Skillage IT can suggest changes if they want to. Therefore, with the aid of quality checking they can assure that they will get the best quality software to use.
Basic principles
To assure that the software that have been planned to develop meet the criteria.

Regular meetings must be conducted to assure that the design, development of the software met the quality
All the stakeholders of the project must work in a group and must accomplish the project

Quality Standards

The project manager should manage the quality of the project and must not compromise with the quality
The project manager and his team must solve all the errors on time

Quality Assurance

The project manager must assure quality to meet the quality standards
The project quality will help to know whether the project is on right track or not

Quality Control

Quality control defines that the all the deliverables of the project in time
The project components are maintained properly to keep the flow of the project activities

Change Management Plan
The changes made within the project must be documented well. It will help the project manager and the stakeholders to acknowledge the issues raised. It will also let them know how to solve the issues raised. The stakeholders can commit errors and mistakes. It will help them to stay alert in future. The project sponsor may ask for any changes. Those changes must be documented and the project manager must take the responsibility to make the amendments. In all the above cases, the project manager must modify the project plan and must apply the appropriate changes. The change management plan will help to carry out the project effectively and according to the demands of the clients or sponsor.
Stakeholder Meeting
Data Entry Officer
For the computers of initial days the entering of orders has been much effective. However, management was not helpful. They all needed to do that complain regarding how slow the performance has been.
Manufacturer Supervisor:
The people working as fast as they could has been always waiting for the tasks to appear over the screen of job list.  However, at many times the screens has possessed no tasks in that at all. Every sufficient materials people were present and they have not been only the orders to fill.
CEO:
It is also seen that the project has been kept waiting bit longer. This is to get the daily and weekly reports of summary. However, commonly the system has not been much bad. It is also known that those supervisors have been complaining much regarding the slowness. Further, they thought that this has been the reason of various backlog within the process of order. Moreover, it is also known that this has been one of the possible factors. However, there has been further investigation needed at various areas of the practices. This has been to assure that they are optimized from before. Thus, solutions are needed and not the complaints. Here, the only one seeming to be providing the solution has been the different skillage I.T. It is also thought that they are able to get back to the track having the least amount of loss. Besides, currently CFP has been stating that the system has been outdated. This has needed to be written off totally over the tax. Hence the upgrade is needed to be approved.
Sales Manager:
Here, the people have been selling plenty over the road. They are found to be working very hardly there. Next, many excuses has been fed from manufacturing regarding various orders not coming in. Further, there have been problems that have been getting the list of the specific system. This has been taking a little time. However the computers have been holding much information.
CFO
It is also known from that from the individual view-point, that the system has been unacceptably slow. It has been taking about 2 hours to create the activity statement for every month for the clients. These clients have been taking about less than 15 minutes. Currently, the system has been 5 years old and has been stating the CEO for past 2 years to update. Further, there must be various tax benefits that are needed to be done. It is also known that it can be afforded. However, the numbers are done and the it is quite unaffordable to do that. As the number gets decreased, there should not the existence of the company. Thus, it has been good news that people has been moving towards Skillage I.T regarding the help of up-gradation.
